Our online booking service is only intended for routine annual eye exams (including eyeglass/contact lens prescription testing and eye health evaluation/assessment).
If you would like to see one of our eye doctors for a different reason, including:
Urgent eye care matters (sudden loss of vision, injury, infection etc.)
Special Testing advised by your optometrist (Glaucoma, Dry Eye, Macular Degeneration etc.)Follow-up appointment ordered from a previously arranged visit
Exams, requested by your employer or any other institution, that require forms to be filled by your Optometrist
